Situation: API storage in a warehouse with a dispatch door. Duration: 7 days. Loggers: 15. Risk found: warm zone near dispatch and external wall. Conclusion: move monitoring position to critical product zone and document a controlled door-use procedure.

Laboratory freezer -80 °C

Situation: ULT freezer with racks and frequent door openings. Duration: 72 hours. Loggers: 12. Risk found: slower recovery at top after opening. Conclusion: limit loading and door openings; link monitoring position to warmest representative zone.
